All meals are provided on the trek, and are served with a variety of fruit such as bananas, oranges, papayas, and watermelon. Most meals will also have a selection of hot drinks like instant coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. A typical breakfast is eggs, toast, meat, fruit, and a selection of hot drinks. Vegetarian and other special diets can be accommodated.
Because of the exercise and high altitude, we recommend that 3-4 lits. of water are consumed a day. The porters will boil water along the route. |
